The June 17-23rd edition of New Mexico Business Weekly:
Published a special section on Innovators, which listed and profiled (Arid Solutions), owned by Lisa Ayres, as one of 23 innovators for 2005.
Listed (POD, Inc.), owned by Samantha Lapin, as the 25th largest technology company in New Mexico. (The other 24 are all owned by men, incidentally.)
In the June 10-16th edition of NMBW:
Lisa Witt’s (Avista Video Histories) was designated the 5th largest video production company in New Mexico.

The Health Section in the June 6th issue of the Albuquerque Journal:
Mentioned the free health forum that Katree Edmonds‚ (Retreat to Reality) sponsored at the Juan Tabo Library on Saturday, June 11, where Katree spoke about the wellness aspects of both deep breathing and stretching.
New Business: Seventh Goddess
Deborah Reese’s downtown Albuquerque shop, has achieved some milestones since its grand opening on April 29:
An article in the Business Outlook section of the Journal on June 9 titled, “Lace, banks and new owners for a gallery.”
The store was #8 in “10 Things to Know” in the Albuquerque Tribune’s Business Section on June 6.
On May 21, after being open for three weeks, (Seventh Goddess) was nominated for four Look awards from the Downtown Action Team, including best window display, best logo, and best new business.
The store was also featured in the April 29-May 5 issue of the NM Business Weekly in an article titled, “Downtown gets new lingerie store and renovated Lindy’s” – with a photo of Deborah appearing on Page One with the caption, “Finding your inner goddess.”
