“Why Elevator Pitches Fail Miserably, and How Yours Can be a Smashing Success.”
Please join the NM Chapter of the National Assoc. of Women Business Owners for our upcoming February 15, 2012 Dinner Meeting with guest speaker Dave Meurer, CEO of Armed Response Team.
From our annual survey last summer and our monthly meeting surveys, you have been asking for Marketing, PR and Leadership presentations. We have been listening and stay tuned as we have some great speakers lined up for the second half of our year.
In this era of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social medias, are we still doing in-person networking? Dave Meurer will share his insights why he strongly suggests that face-to-face networking is still one of the best ways to make a positive first impression, and to build your business.
Everyone knows you should have an “elevator pitch, but the problem is most elevator pitches sound alike so they don’t create the powerful first impression that gets you remembered.
Just like any effective marketing or sales piece, like a brochure or website, an elevator pitch needs to be well prepared and rehearsed to get great results.
After you come listen to Dave Meurer at the upcoming NAWBO presentation, you will have seen and heard examples of what does and does not work for elevator pitches, and you will leave with two DIY templates you can use to craft and perfect your own blockbuster elevator pitch.
Be sure to RSVP to guarantee a seat and grow your business after you hear Dave Meurer, CEO’s presentation on “Why Elevator Pitches Fail Miserably, and How Yours Can be a Smashing Success.”
