Shane Barber Bio
Shane Barber is a “Change Whisperer”. He is an experienced business consultant with an expertise in business structures, business processes and development of the people who will sustain them. He is known for helping businesses and their people to achieve breakthrough performance. He has given workshops on how to create high performing teams, creating a great place to work, and “How to Build a Strengths Based Organization.” Over the past 20 years, Shane has held leadership positions in various industries and now is a principal in BV Alan Business Consulting. He has conducted over 250 Strengths workshops, helped local leaders transform their own leadership, and helped organizations by partnering to develop strength-based performance.
Shane is an energetic and passionate speaker dedicated to delivering a high-energy experience either in workshops or in the workplace. Shane has also developed a program called “Compass of Life”, which helps young adults find their career paths.

Members and guests $32 with an advance reservation.
Advance reservations are due by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 19th. RSVPs received after the deadline, walk-ins and no-shows will be charged an additional $5.
If you need to cancel an advance registration, you must notify NAWBO by 5PM on the Monday prior to the meeting. No shows are responsible for paying for their advanced reservation and will be billed within 1 week after the meeting date.
