Wednesday, March 20th, 2013 11:30pm – 1:30 pm, Sheraton Uptown Hotel, Albuquerque, NM.

imageDr. DelCampo will address “How to Manage a Generationally Diverse Workplace”

Managing employees of several generations is not an easy task. For the first time in history, four distinct and very different generations are working together. Each one has its own different beliefs, expectations, values, learning styles and desires.

Dr. Robert DelCampo will identify the characteristics of these different generations and offer insight into how managers can create a culture that embraces communication and collaboration between all workers.
