Service is an interesting product. One that is produced consumed and delivered all at the same time. Everyone in your business that has interaction with customer’s internal or external lives has a “service moment.” How can you make each interaction one of service?  Join us for a presentation by Jim Garcia, owner of HospiTotally, as he shares with us the keys to providing excellent service which will result in happy, loyal customers.

Jim Garcia has been in the hospitality industry for forty years and has experienced many roles in creating a great guest experience. Jim helped in developing the corporate growth of restaurant chains through management operations, systems implementation, and human resource development. Jim is the co-founder of HospiTotally- a management and business development company with his twin brother John Garcia. Jim is currently the Vice President of Operations at Sadies of New Mexico.
Jim has owned his own restaurants and is a certified instructor for the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association.

Reservation Policy:  Advance reservations are due by 5:00 p.m. on the Monday before the meetings. RSVPs received after the deadline, walk-ins and no-shows will be charged an additional $5.
If you need to cancel an advance registration, you must notify NAWBO Treasurer, Andrea Carvey (505-856-4033) by 5PM on the Monday prior to the meeting. No shows are responsible for paying for their reservation.
