NAWBO is Going to Santa Fe in January to meet the New Governor
We are thrilled to announce that Governor Susana Martinez, will speak at a the Northern New Mexico Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) January lunch meeting in Santa Fe.
Meeting Place: EL Dorado Hotel 309 West San Francisco.
Time: 11:30AM - 1:00PM
Luncheon Cost: Members $32 Non Members: $37
Optional additional cost for motor coach transportation: $10 members $15 non-members

The motor coach will leave at 9:30AM from Lowe’s on Paseo (and I-25). Please meet at the eastern end of the parking lot near the Garden Center. The motor coach will drop us off at the hotel and pick us up at a location TBD at 4PM.
Governor Martinez will give listeners insights from the New Administration on business in New Mexico. “The Northern New Mexico chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) is honored to present New Mexico’s first woman governor and our nation’s first Hispanic woman governor to our membership and other interested business people,” said NAWBO President, Robin Dozier Otten. “Governor Martinez has repeatedly pledged her support of the mainstay of our state’s economy—small businesses—a large number of which are owned by women.”
NAWBO is holding this month’s meeting in Santa Fe so that members of the Public Policy Committee and other interested NAWBO members can take advantage of the opportunity to attend the Association of Commerce and Industry’s Business Day in Santa Fe and the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce’s Legislative Dinner.
Plan on spending the night in the ACI room block at a very good rate and then attend ACI’s Business Day breakfast on Tuesday Morning. We would really like to have a large crowd. Plan on coming and making your reservations ASAP!

Cost:
Members and guests: $32 with an advance reservation.
Non-Members after 3 visits: $37 with an advance reservation.
Fee: Before Friday, Friday January 21st at 5:00 p.m.: $32 members and non-members. Late reservation fee is $5. Cancellations after 5:00 p.m. Friday, January 14th and no-shows will be invoiced.

Reservation Policy
Advance reservations for the luncheon are due by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 21, 2011. RSVPs received after the deadline and walk-ins will be charged an additional $5.
If you need to cancel an advance registration, you must notify NAWBO by 5PM on the Friday prior to the meeting. No shows are responsible for paying for their advanced reservation and will be billed within 1 week after the meeting date.
